The partnership also brings training workshops into impoverished communities on the citu’s outskirts, enabling women and mothers to participate who cannot leave their families to travel to the San Pedro Sula facility. And for men and women who cannot afford to leave their jobs to attend the training. Success University’s support allows Feed The Children to offer food rations for participating in the training program.

“Success University’s continued support allows the program to expand in new directions and serve more people.” says Larry Jones, president and co-founder of Feed The Children.

Success University executives researched a number of charities before deciding to support Feed The Children. While some charities use much of their donated funds for administrative and fund-raising costs, executives are impressed that 86% of Feed The Children’s donations go to program services such as child care, food, medical, disaster relief, education and community development.

The Importance of Personal Development Training

Why bother with personal development courses?Albert Einstein was quoted with saying; “Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them”.

This statement is key in the understanding of the importance of personal development. We cannot change our lives or do anything differently, make different choices, take different actions, until we have a higher awareness. This basically means becoming conscious or aware of the beliefs behind what is motivating our current situation. Once we become aware of these beliefs, we can begin to do things differently, because we can CONSCIOUSLY make a different choice.

There are a number of different personal development courses available on the market today that will help us grow and move our lives to the next level.

The personal development courses that go the deepest, are the ones that don’t leave questions, or conflicts in the minds of the person taking the course. When there are mental conflicts, the person will stop absorbing what is being taught because they are focused on the conflict or question. Sometimes, it is necessary to repeat a section of the material over and over and over again until the conflict resolves itself or the question is answered before moving on. It may seem like it takes longer, however in the end, it saves you time. If you go through the course without lingering questions, you will allow yourself to receive the information at a deeper and sometimes subconscious level.

Changes at the subconscious level are exciting because things seem like they are suddenly changing in your life, such as the way you deal with people, or the fact that you don’t have to struggle as much to make ends meet. It almost seems like magic, when you take the type of personal development training that supports you and your way of learning the most.

So why is personal development so important?
Because the need for further growth and development is crucial for your well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally and includes all of our relationships. And it comes in a package of getting to know ourselves better, what makes us tick, and then deciding differently.

Personal development is realizing we are in the illusion that we are broken and having the courage to step into the truth of who we really are.

Network Marketing ~ MLM

Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is a legitimate business which is base on the concept of direct sale of services or products to consumers and allowing them (the consumers) to distribute the products at the same time. Independent distributors succeed in network marketing by building an active organization using a proven system that recruits business partners and sell real products and services.

Is network marketing an illegal pyramid? Let us identity the difference between the two. Illegal pyramid are based on taking advantage of other people. For a person to actually make money in a pyramid scheme, someone has to lose money. Money is earned through recruiting people usually at a high entrance fee with low value products or even without any products at all. But in MLM, bonuses are earned through the sale of products or services. Each distributor can multiply his or her efforts, skills and talents by helping others to be successful. Network marketing has now became one of the largest distributions of products and services to the world.

Network marketing is not a get-rich scheme. It is a serious business for people who truly want to succeed and attain financial freedom in their life. It works on a proven system that successful pioneer distributors of the company have gone through and becomes a blue print for success. New distributors just need to follow the simple, proven and duplicable system that the company provides. Furthermore, the start up cost for a MLM business is considered very low compared to starting a traditional business.

The real key is this: Network marketing is all about leverage. You can leverage your time, your effort and ultimately, your income! By helping the people you personally sponsor to sponsor others, you duplicate yourself. As this process continues, you create compound growth that can lead to hundreds or thousands of people joining your business. It’s a win-win situation!

I was browsing some personal development blogs this morning and was hit by this video posted by Tabs. While I am promoting the importance of personal development and contributing to Feed The Children Foundation with Success University, I felt that I am not doing enough in the promotion of charity work for the underprivileged.

I belief there is something we all can contribute to the less fortunate. Choose any charity that you’d like to adopt and if you have a blog or website, you can always display charitable organizations’ link, banner or a post and create awareness in this bloggershpere. It costs us nothing and it means a lot to those in need.
